Treatment Techniques
1
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a way of treating that tries to look at the whole picture (holistically).

2
Dry Needling
Similar to acupuncture, it uses disposable needles placed into structures to encourage increased blood flow.

3
Sports Tape (K-tape)
Sports tape is a flexible tape that is applied over injuries. The tape can help give the feeling of support to joints while also helping to keep fluid moving under the skin as a person moves.

4
Exercise Therapy
Exercise therapy aims to provide mobility (stretches) and strengthening exercises. This is good to manage conditions in the long term.

5
Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
METs is a technique that uses the body's natural mechanisms in our favour, helping stretch tissues and mobilise joints more easily.

6
HVT or Manipulation
HVTs use short thrusts to help get joints moving better. It also has an analgesic (painkilling) affect on the surrounding tissues and helps to relax off associated musculature.
